All personal information collected is strictly relevant to your contact and purchase with Cleo's Blooms and will not be disclosed or on-sold to any external party.

In the interests of hygiene and for your own protection we do not accept exchanges, or provide refunds  (on hair accessories) unless the items are still in original packaging or exhibiting a genuine fault.

In the unlikely instance you are not happy with your purchase or it appears to be faulty, please contact us at cleosblooms@outlook.com within 3 days of receiving your purchase to arrange repair, replacement or refund on the product.

Shipping will be at customers cost for return items that do not display a fault. Our refund policy does not apply to products that have been worn, used or damaged during or after delivery. Furthermore, if any attempt has been made to alter the product or if it has been dropped, torn, stained, broken or otherwise altered, our returns policy is null and void.

We maintain the right to determine the outcome of all claims and will endeavor to do so in a fair and reasonable manner.

We endeavor to dispatch all items within 1-3 days and you will receive an email providing notification of shipment and tracking information. All items are sent via Australia Post. If you have provided us with an incorrect address at checkout, we cannot be held accountable and do no accept liability under these circumstances. If you feel your order has been lost in transit, please contact us by email with your order number so that we can assist you. We will need to raise a full investigation with Australia Post, this could take up to 2 weeks to process.

Cleo's Blooms reserves the right to revise or change terms and condition at any time, it is the consumers responsibility to ensure they have read the latest version as printed on this page, prior to their purchase.
